Text to Video

The simplest path — type a prompt, pick a model and aspect ratio, and render a short clip. Great for B-roll, concept shots, and quick tests.

Text to Video is the simplest way to make a clip in Krex AI. You type a prompt, pick a model and aspect ratio, and render — no avatar or script required.

What it does

You describe what you want on screen, choose a model and aspect ratio, and Krex AI renders a short clip from your prompt. There's nothing else to set up, which makes it well suited to B-roll, concept shots, and quick tests before you commit to a bigger build.

How to use it

  1. Open Text to Video from the Studio or Tools.
  2. Type a prompt describing the scene you want.
  3. Pick a model.
  4. Choose an aspect ratio.
  5. Render, then find the clip in Projects to download or schedule.

Tips

  • Describe what's on screen — the subject, setting, and any motion.
  • Use it for fast B-roll and concept shots when you don't need an avatar.
  • Re-roll a few times to find a look before committing to a final render.
  • Need a presenter? Use Talking-Head Video instead.
